Cloud Adoption Solutions helps startups and small businesses across the U.S. get the most out of Salesforce.com through consultation sessions and technical support. Figuring out how to set up and use a CRM effectively can be frustrating and waste valuable time. Cloud Adoption Solutions understands that businesses in technology, healthcare, life sciences, real estate, financial services, and more need customized assistance with adopting, implementing, and utilizing Salesforce to its fullest capacity. They equip their clients with the knowledge and tools needed to be successful.
In “mini consultations,” Cloud Adoption Solutions dedicates time to connect with the client and identify current CRM issues. Businesses share what their current sales process looks like and what they want Salesforce to do for them, and a Cloud Adoptions Administrator creates a customized, enhanced version of Salesforce for that business. As a certified Salesforce partner, Cloud Adoption Solutions uses a whole team of experts–including a technologist, several full-time administrators, and a director of partnerships–to tackle Salesforce challenges and develop the best solutions.
With specializations in Sales Cloud, Lightning migration, business process automation and other Salesforce components, Cloud Adoption Solutions also assists businesses through administrative calls and technical support. Customers also have access to a pool of resources for optimizing their CRM and increasing revenue with Cloud Adoption Solution’s Salesforce eBooks, Salesforce Index Score course, and blog.
Even though Shannon was an expert in best sales practices when she joined her eforever group in January 2019, she and her business still benefitted from the relationships she built with her eforever peers. As her unofficial board of directors, Shannon’s eforever group provides a higher-level look at the financial decisions she makes for her growing business and her client relationships.
“I had one customer that terminated their relationship, and I can’t say I took it personally, but I thought, ‘Well, that’s a bummer.’ I brought it to my group, and they said, ‘Hey, you didn’t like that customer anyway. You’ve talked about them before. You guys don’t align, and that’s fine.’ When I left that meeting, I felt really great. So, I think every time we get another monthly recurring customer, that’s another milestone for us, but hearing the group say, ‘It’s okay to not have 100% customer retention because that was not a good customer for you,’ is cool.”

She has appeared on the Salesforce Admins Podcast and returned to Dreamforce in 2019.
