Small business is the engine that helps families thrive, communities grow and creates new suppliers for the marketplace. That’s why chambers of commerce, community revitalization programs, business accelerators and corporations are partnering with Entrepreneurs Forever. Because small business success is their success, too.
The proliferation of small businesses across the nation have the potential to replace lost manufacturing jobs and local prosperity. But communities are coming to a sobering realization: for this to happen, these businesses must grow if they are to become both family sustaining and community supporting. In doing so, communities can also raise a generation of diverse, successful small business owners by focusing much-needed attention on minority and other overlooked entrepreneurs.
We exist to help communities achieve these goals.
If you're a community leader searching for a turn-key solution guaranteed to help your existing small businesses grow by 31% in the next 3 years, then our Community Leader partnership program is for you.
We'll hire an Entrepreneurs Forever Community Director that's fully responsible for identifying promising small businesses in your community and recruiting them into the program.
Each prospective member participates in a 1 - 2 hour facilitated peer experience to help assess their fit before joining. If they're a match, they'll then be paired with the appropriate peer group.
Every peer group is composed of 10 - 12 growth-minded small businesses led by a small business facilitator carefully trained to help members build deep bonds over time.
You'll receive a 3-year competency program designed specifically for peer-to-peer interaction that builds both skills and confidence. An ongoing scorecard tracks group progress.
Member satisfaction and business progress are carefully measured over time, from weekly NPS and C-SAT assessments, to quarterly competency scorecards and annual business results data.
Lead the way by bringing the demonstrated results of the Entrepreneurs Forever program to your community. Request an introductory meeting.
