- Monthly Meetings
- One-on-One Coaching
- National Network
We understand how overwhelming the day to day challenges of running a small business can be.
Are you serious about growing your business – but don’t have a strong advisory board or business coach to help you get to the next level? Doing business in today’s disruptive and fast-changing innovation economy requires a new level of constant learning and growth.
But you don’t have to go it alone. Each month, eforever convenes dozens of small groups of entrepreneurs to both learn from one another and to create a sense of accountability for moving their businesses forward. There are, essentially, three parts to the eforever program: the monthly, facilitated peer-to-peer groups, one-on-one coaching or mentoring when you need it, and the connection to a growing national network of other eforever small businesses.
The core component of eforever is the monthly peer-to-peer meeting. Once accepted into the program you will meet with a consistent group of 6 – 10 other entrepreneurs who become your eforever group. Each of these business owners has agreed to set aside at least 2 hours per month to share their experience and learn from one another. Each person in your eforever group comes from an industry different from your own, so there are no competitors in your group. But rest assured that the other small business owners in your group have experienced the same types of business challenges that you face today. Each eforever group also has a trained facilitator who introduces critical topic areas and provides models for how to think through various business issues.
From time to time, critical issues arise in your business that requires more intensive coaching. Perhaps your revenue model is not working well. Or a sticky legal issue has surfaced. Or you need to fundamentally re-vamp your brand. Through your eforever facilitator, you can access a variety of other eforever staff members that have subject matter expertise in specific content areas or can connect you with other experts.
Over the last five years, eforever has been engaged with hundreds of entrepreneurs like you. Initially launched in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where there are currently over 300 eforever entrepreneurs and alumni, the program has recently expanded to Massachusetts. As the program grows across the country, each eforever member will gain access to an invaluable, national network of small business owners.
