About the Presenter‍

Betsy Strickler is a marketing, communication, and business growth consultant with experience in education, agency, hospitality, healthcare and entrepreneurial ventures. She has led strategic marketing, communication and fundraising initiatives in both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, focusing on strategic planning and marketing, brand management, and external relations. Betsy previously worked as Chief Communications Officer for a regional community health organization, as Director of External Relations for a world renowned yoga and health center,  Director of Admission at small boarding school and director of sales and marketing of a northeast year round destination ski resort. A graduate of Hood College in Frederick, Maryland, where she earned her B.A. in political science, Strickler is also a graduate of the Berkshire Leadership Program and the alt MBA program. She serves on the board of 1Berkshire regional economic council, serves as a judge and mentor with E for All and is a member of her local school committee. Betsy is past chair of the Berkshire Visitors Bureau and a past steering committee member of the Berkshire Leadership Program and Girl Scouts of Western Massachusetts.

A native of Lancaster, PA, she lives in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts with her family.
